Arrival at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station, Proceed to Coorg (Kodagu) Kodagu, also known by its former name of Coorg, Kodagu is well known in the world for coffee and its “brave warriors”, like Field Marshal K. M. Cariappa. Arrival at Hotel / Resort. O/N Coorg

Day 2Coorg

Coorg
After breakfast leave for visit to Talakaveri the place where the River Kaveri originates. The temple on the riverbanks here is dedicated to Lord Brahma, and is one of only two temples dedicated to Brahma in India and Southeast Asia. Nisargadhama, An man made island and picnic spot near Kushalanagara, formed by the river Kaveri. Abbey Falls a scenic waterfall, Omkareshwara Temple A beautiful temple in Coorg. O/N Coorg.

Day 3Coorg

Morning after breakfast leave for Dubare mainly an elephant-capturing and training camp of the Forest Department at the edge of Dubare forest; on the bank of the river Kaveri. Bylakuppe, is home to two of the many Tibetian settlements in India, established by Lugsum Samdupling (in 1961) and Dickyi Larsoe (in 1969) The Namdroling Nyingmapa Monastery is the largest teaching center of Nyingmapa – a lineage of Tibetan Buddhism – in the world. Day 4Coorg – Kabini

: Coorg – Kabini (4 – 5 Hrs)
Morning after breakfast leave for Kabini – is one of the most popular wildlife destinations of Karnataka, probably because of its easy accessibility, lush green landscape surrounding a large picturesque lake, and fantastic sightings of large herds of elephants. Situated on the banks of the Kabini River, this forest reserve is spread over 55 acres of forestland, steep valleys, and water bodies.

Morning after breakfast leave for Local visit at Kabini Dam: Built across Kabini River in 1974, the dam is located near Beechanahalli village. Nagarahole National Park: Declared a national park in 1974, the park is said to be the best habitat for Asian elephants. The Banasura Sagar Dam is built over a tributary of the Kabini River. The Karapura irrigation dam is built over a tributary of the Kabini River. O/N Kabini
