DAY 6 XI’AN–BEIJING
This morning, take a walking tour through the lively Muslim Quarter to explore the Islamic food markets before your flight to Beijing, capital of China.

DAY 7 BEIJING
Start your day with a walk through Tian’anmen Square past Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum and to the treasure-filled Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved collection of ancient buildings in China. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was home to emperors as well as the center of politics.

DAY 8 BEIJING
The Great Wall of China once stretched 4,000 miles across China’s barren northern terrain from the Bohai Sea to the Gobi Desert. Head north to a village where the Great Wall is well preserved and walk along the wall to enjoy sweeping vistas of this mammoth fortress. This evening your dinner features the local delicacy, Peking duck.

CHURCHILL TOWN & TUNDRA – ENTHUSIAST 5 NIGHTS / 6 DAYS

DAY 1 Arrive Winnipeg
Arrive at the Winnipeg airport and check-into Four Points by Sheraton hotel which is just across the street from the Winnipeg airport. After having dinner (on own) in the hotel restaurant, meet your guide and group for a brief orientation. Overnight at Winnipeg hotel.

DAY 2 Winnipeg to Churchill (B, L, D)
After a very early breakfast, board the bus for a short ride to the private hangar from where the plane will depart for the 2-hour flight to Churchill. Upon arrival, head straight out on a Churchill Town and Area Tour and visit areas surrounding the town of Churchill, including historical Cape Merry, Port of Churchill, the site of a crashed airplane affectionately known as Miss Piggy and Manitoba Conservation’s Polar Bear Holding Facility (weather permitting). Lunch would be a home cooked meal at one of Churchill’s family run restaurant. After lunch we stop at the Parks Canada Visitors Centre. Here, we see in-depth display that reveals the remarkable history of Churchill through wildlife dioramas and exhibits that portray the history of the fur trade in the area. Then head out to the hotel for the dinner. Overnight at Churchill hotel.

DAY 3 Churchill (B, L, D)
After breakfast the group will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the Tundra Buggy Dock for boarding the Tundra Buggy. Hit the trails and travel into the Churchill Wildlife Management Area in search of polar bears and other artic wildlife and the interpretive guide will point out the interesting facts about the area’s geology and history. Enjoy a picnic style lunch right on the Tundra Buggy. Return to the town for a warm dinner and relaxing evening. Our final activity of the day is a cultural presentation by a local trapper who shares his way of life in the north through the four distinct and beautiful seasons of Churchill. DAY 4 Churchill (B, L, D)
Our second day in Churchill is all about northern culture. first excursion of the day is a Dog Sledding program led by a local dog musher. He explains the basics and the importance of Dog Sledding to the northern communities before taking a mile long ride through the boreal forest. Then proceed back to the town for lunch. Later visit the Eskimo (Itsanitaq) Museum which houses one of Canada’s finest collections of Inuit carvings, kayaks and artefacts dating from pre- Dorset, Dorset, Thule, and modern Inuit times. Overnight at Churchill hotel.

DAY 5 Churchill to Winnipeg (B, L, D)
After breakfast, today is the final treat of the Tundra Buggy adventure. Again, the group will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the dock for boarding the Tundra Buggy. Another great day on the Tundra, full of extraordinary wildlife and many chances to get great photos. Enjoy a picnic style lunch right on the Tundra Buggy. In the evening, enjoy another delicious meal in Churchill. Transfer back to the Churchill airport for the return flight to Winnipeg. Upon arrival, check back into Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Winnipeg.

DAY 5 ALICE SPRINGS–ULURU (AYERS ROCK)

Morning after breakfast leave for Mussourie local sightseeing by visiting Gun Hill is accessible by the cable car on the Mall road. Kempty Falls – The place showcases nature in an exquisite manner.Jharipani Fall – The fall is about 1.5 km on foot. Sir George Everest’s House – Park Estate is where one can find the remains of the building and laboratory of Sir George Everest, the Surveyor General of India from 1830 to 1843. Day 07: Kausani – Raniket
Early morning wake up for Sun rise glimpse at Himalayan Peaks like Trishul, Nanda Devi & Panchchuli Peaks. After Breakfast leave for Ranikhet is a hill station & cantonment town in Almora district. It is the home for the Military Hospital, Kumaon Regiment & Naga Regiment and is maintained by the Indian Army. Day 08: Ranikhet – Nainital
After breakfast leave for Nainital is a popular hill station in Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. It is set in a valley containing a pear-shaped lake, approximately two miles in circumference, and surrounded by mountains, of which the highest are Naina, Deopatha and Ayarpatha. Day 09: Nanital – Local Sightseeing Excursion
After Breakfast visit to Naini Devi Temple- The temple is located on the northern shore of Naini lake. Snow View is situated at an altitude of (7,450 ft) and located atop the Sher-ka-danda Ridge (north by north-east of the town centre), is easily reachable by cable car. Pt. G.B. Pant High Altitude Zoo is a high altitude zoo , The zoo has several endangered species of animals in the Himalayas, and animals like Royal Bengal tiger, Tibetan wolves, sambar, leopard cat and Himalayan bear. It also has a vast collection of high altitude birds, like kalij pheasant, Lady Amherst pheasant, rose ringed parakeet, golden pheasant and red junglefowl. Naini Peak also known as China or Cheena Peak or Naina Peak is the highest peak in the town, with an altitude of 8,579 ft.. Evening spend time at Naini Lake, it is situated in the heart of the city. Morning After breakfast leave for Lake Visit in nearby villages of Nainital by visiting Bhimtal Lake – is the biggest lake of Nainital. On approaching Sattal, the first lake encountered is the Nal-Damyanti Lake; next it is the Panna or Garude lake; and finally there is a cluster of three lakes: Ram, Laxman,and Sita lakes. Naukuchia Tal, literally, Nine-Cornered Lake, It is the deepest of the lakes in the greater Naintal area. Back to Nainital by late afternoon. Evening free time at leisure to stroll at Mall road of Nainital on the banks of Naini Lake. O/N Nainital.

Day 11: Nanital – Corbett
Morning after breakfast , Proceed to Jim Corbett National Park which is India’s oldest national park. The park was named after the hunter and conservationist Jim Corbett who played a key role in the establishment. The park acts as a protected area for the endangered Bengal tiger of India.Reach by evening . Rest time at leisure. O/N Corbett.

Day 12: Corbett
Early morning for Jungle Safari in open jeep. Back to Hotel for Breakfast, later post lunch leave for Jungle safari / Elephant joy ride. Evening time at Leisure. O/N Corbett.

Day 05: Corbett National Park

Day 06: Corbett – Ranikhet – Kausani
Morning proceed to reach Ranikhet. Drive through the spectacularly changing vistas, climbing up close to the snow capped peaks. The place is called Brahma Kund, the myths says this is the place where the nectar can dissolved in the holy water of river Ganges. Day 02: Haridwar – Rishikesh (24kms/1hr)
Morning visit Haridwar Local Sight Seeing i.e Daksh Prajapati Temple, Ananand Mai Ashram, Parad (Mercury) Shivling in Kankhal Region, Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi (both by ropeway), Maya Devi, Pawan Dham, Bhuma Niketan, Parmarth, Bharat Mata Mandir, Shanti Kunj, Saptrishi Ashram and others. Later drive to Rishikesh another ancient place which is famous for its Ashrams and for grand viewing of Ganges. Triveni Ghat: A sacred bathing spot on the bank of the river Ganga where devotees take holy dips and offer prayers. Devotees bathe here with the belief that the water has the power to purify them. Triveni Ghat is also called because it is believed to be the confluence of the Ganga, the Yamuna and the legendary Saraswati river. It is an interesting place to be at dawn when people make offerings of milk to the river and feed the fish. Day 3: Rishikesh – Delhi
